Ryan grew up in the Forecast shop but chose to pursue other adventures, swearing he wanted nothing to do with the family business. In 2010 following his mother’s passing he returned to help his father run the business and discovered it was something he loved. In 2016 he took over as CEO and since then has worked tirelessly to continue his parents’ legacy of providing the best possible product and customer service to our clients. He likes cats, dogs, and sea creatures. Hobbies include amateur plumbing, refinishing old furniture, and listening to his record player. His favorite saying is “Everything will be fine.”

Pete brings deep experience in sales, operations, and project management to his COO role.In a practical sense, this has made him a dogged problem-solver who looks for creativewin-win solutions, flourishing partnerships, and efficient processes.

Prior to his tenure at Forecast, Pete spent over a decade in the beverage industry at multiple levels, growing a well - rounded perspective of logistics, end - to - end product development and sales, laws and compliance, and other facets of the busin ess for multiple brands and distributors. He’ll also tell you he learned a lot from working in hospitality from a young age. At Forecast, his favorite opportunities are those that help him make his coworker’s jobs easier and their client’s experience smoot her.

With over 10 years at Forecast, Pat has grown from Design Assistant to Designer, Senior Designer, and now into a leadership role that blends strategic business development with hands - on sales expertise. With a strong background in design and technical systems, Pat w orks closely with clients across industries to develop customized furniture solutions that support operational efficiency, user comfort, and technology integration. His ability to align design, functionality, and business goals makes him a trusted partner in delivering tailored solutions for complex work environments. Known for his collaborative approach, attention to detail, and commitment to client success, Pat plays a key role in helping Forecast Consoles deliver innovative, future - ready workspaces that support a wide range of professional applications.

Ernesto has been a pivotal force in the company’s innovative designs for over 31 years. Since joining Forecast, he has led the development of state - of - the - art technic al furniture and consoles, overseeing projects of diverse scale and complexity. Ernesto’s contributions include product creation, patent development, and the integration of advanced materials, significantly advancing Forecast’s industry leadership and grow th. As a passionate mentor, he guides new designers and leads the design team with vision and inspiration, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence. Outside the design studio, Ernesto is an avid traveler and self - proclaimed foodie, drawing inspirat ion from global cultures. His other passion lies in coaching basketball at the junior college level, where he mentors young athletes with the same dedication he brings to his professional endeavors. Based in New York, near Forecast’s headquarters, Ernesto continues to shape the future of design while cultivating talent and collaboration within the company and beyond.

Tina has been in broadcast manufacturing and retail for the past 10 years. As an audio engineer her love of quality production has been the common denominator throughout her whole career. Whether it be completing a successful recording session or helping customers select the best gear for their job. With an extensive background in tradeshow planning and promotion, content creation, social media marketing, sales and customer service, her hybrid role at Forecast was the perfect fit. She l ooks forward to fostering connections that promote mutual growth for both Forecast and our channel partners. When she is off the clock Tina enjoys live concerts & trying her hand at old family recipes!

With nearly 20 years at Forecast Consoles, Steve has extensive experience in CAD design, manufacturing processes, and technical documentation. Over the years, he has been instrumental in developing precise, efficient solutions for complex assemblies, with a focus on functionality, clarity, and production feasibility. As Director of Engineering, Steve oversees Engineering standards, process optimization, and the integration of technical workflows between Sales, Design, Engineering and Production. Known for his analytical mindset and attention to detail, he ensures every project meets the highest standards of accuracy and quality.

Vinny has been a Forecast employee for almost 30 years. He is the maestro managing our production team and oversees every project out of our NY warehouse. Vinny is always there to lend a helping hand and is quick to try out new designs on the fly. In his spare time is he listening to music and enjoying quiet nights at home.

Lori has been a loyal Forecast employee for 2 decades. Lori is the Forecast employee to call when you have to get anything, anywhere! She is the brains behind every delivery Forecast makes. She also schedules, books and oversees all of our installations, ensuring the job goes well and our customers are thrilled with their new consoles. After a long day of work Lori loves spending time with her family.

Ava has a Master of Architecture from Virginia Tech. She has been working as a designer at Forecast since 2023. Ava is passionate about design, ceramics and going on adventures. She loves diving, rock climbing, and caving (note that caving is different than spelunking!

Erika is a Designer at Forecast Consoles, supporting the design process through CAD drafting, proposals, and cross-team coordination. She holds a BFA in Interior Architecture from Woodbury University and brings a passion for functional, detail-driven design. With five years in Guest Relations at Disneyland, she values exceptional service and seamless Meet our Team Website Content.docx experiences. She enjoys exploring nature with her dogs, making sourdough, and perfecting her morning coffee ritual.

Phil is what some would call a "generalist". While his primary focus is on Project Management and Sustainability. It's not uncommon for him to be tasked with the side quest of procurement or training. With a bachelor’s in environmental Sustainability and having earned a Project Manager certification, he does like to have a general path for his generalist tendencies. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his wife, toddler, and four dogs. He also enjoys woodworking and the never-ending quest of making the perfect cappuccino."

Nakeba Hoo is a Sales Administrator at Forecast Consoles, where she supports multiple projects and client relationships by keeping things organized and communication clear from start to finish. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Florida A&M University. Outside of work, Nakeba loves cooking and baking, staying active through workouts, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Steven brings eight years of experience in lean manufacturing and sustainable design to the team, along with his passion for continuous improvement. The improvement doesn’t stop at home—he’s usually honing his cooking skills or dialing in the perfect espresso shot. When he’s off the clock, you’ll find Steven cycling, trying out new restaurants, or rebuilding his classic car.
